Standard shipping deadline for all accessories (excluding tables) is 12/15 for pre-Christmas delivery.
While the majority of orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any ground freight/LTL shipments. LTL items, particularly large tables are shipped on pallets requiring additional time for delivery.

To process a warranty claim for a product purchased from stigaus.com, complete the contact form on the Warranties and Registration page. If you're experiencing difficulties accessing the link, please email warranty@escaladesports.com to submit your warranty claim.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from stigaus.com, you may return it within 30-days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange it for the same item. We will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges if those apply) to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be the purchasers expense. Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30-day post purchase period has expired.
This policy applies on items purchased from stigaus.com only and does not apply to STIGA products purchased through other retailers.
TABLE TENNIS TABLES
No, indoor ping pong tables have to be inside a climate controlled area. If you put your indoor table outside in a garage, the temperature in the garage will change causing condensation on the table. Condensation will warp the table and could cause the table to rust. Putting a cover on the table tennis table will also cause the table to warp or blister because the cover traps the moisture in the table.
Please complete the form on the Warranties & Registration page and include the model number of your table. The model number is found on the underside of the table, on a sticker, and should start with a T followed by 4 digits. Example: T8562
Yes, there is supposed to be a 1/2 inch gap in between the two table halves. This is to prevent damage from the two table halves hitting against each other and to allow the table to fold up.
You should clean your ping pong table with only a slightly damp cloth. No soap or cleaning agent, just water. Be careful not to leave any puddles of water on the top of the table.
RECEIVING YOUR STIGA TABLE TENNIS TABLE
After purchasing your STIGA table tennis table online, you will receive an email detailing your order information and your tracking number. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours and vary on arrival time based on distance from our warehouse.
Because of the product weight and size, our table tennis tables must be shipped via a freight trucking company by ground freight.
The freight company will reach out to you by phone to schedule a date and time window for your delivery (generally a minimum of a four-hour window). The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address on your order. Before ordering, it’s key to double-check this address and your phone number are correct.
An adult over the age of 21 must be available to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery. At this time, you should make sure you have received the correct number of boxes and there is not any extensive damage that occurred during shipping. In the unlikely event, there is damage to your package, the delivery receipt must state the damage before it is signed. Contact STIGA immediately here if there has been extensive freight shipping damage or if there are missing items. Please supply our customer service team with your order number and item number and we will do everything we can to replace the item promptly on time.

Pack items in original packaging and include Return Authorization Number on the package. UPS is our preferred carrier, however, if you choose another carrier, we they provide insurance and tracking information.
Please include a copy of the original packing slip and include the order number from the original order in the address.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please keep the tracking information of your return to monitor delivery status.
Typical return processing takes 30 days. Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue the credit. You will be notified you via email once your return is processed and the credit has been issued.
